I had my truck maintenance done in June of this year. The tires were rotated during this service. I failed .getting an inspection sticker because of dry rot in my tires. I went back to the dealer after I replaced all four tires. I was told the mechanic that serviced my truck in June wasn't qualified to assess tire conditions and he didn't speak English very well. This was only my second appointment with Westboro. Both times, despite having made an appointment, I was told it was going to take longer than originally told to perform the service. The excuse was that there were a lot of cars. So why did they book me an appointment if it was going to be too busy? Other than that, the experience was okay.
