I came in with a check engine light problem. The problem was a persistent problem that would not go away. Each time I brought in the jeep in Lisa stayed in touchand on top of it. I had to recently bring my Chrysler Town and Country in for "Check Engine" light service at the fairly new service center on Bond Street. It was my first visit to Westbury Jeep. I was in for an oil change. I was in a hurry and I let Janine know this. She assured me she would have me done as quickly as possible. This was my first service visit with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. I have 3000 miles on it and wanted to do an oil change. My salesman had setup an appointment for me but I reached the 3000 miles befor Cherokee SRT8. I have 3000 miles on it and wanted to do an oil change. My salesman had setup an appointment for me but I reached the 3000 miles before that. When I called to change my appointment, I learned that I could use the new Express Lane feature at the Service Department (no appointment needed). I arrived at the dealership at a convenient time for me and was greeted promptly and professionally. We discussed my needs and I was directed to a waiting room and offered coffee or water. I was told it would not take more than 30 minutes. The wait room was comfortable with a cable TV (and remote) for me to idle some time away. There were recent magazines and newspapers, coffee and a few vending machines. What really perked me up was the free WiFi Internet access. I was able to check email, browse the web and stream music while waiting. Less than 30 minutes later, my Jeep was ready, my bill was presented and I paid and checked out without any hassle. This is a great service feature that I will use often. It takes the hassle out of routine maintenance like oil changes (plus there's no fees for labor if you bought your Jeep from Westbury). More
