After many unresolved service issue after a recall I had contacted the Toyota engagement center which was working for months to resolve the issue that the service department did fix a one point but the fix contacted the Toyota engagement center which was working for months to resolve the issue that the service department did fix a one point but the fix was very short lived. I went to see the general manager Randy who was truly concerned about the issue with his service department. My issue was with the mechanics by adviser Al tried his very best to get to the bottom of the issue but to no avail and he was very pleasant and helpful but once past him all went downhill. So after I left service I went to see the dealership General manager Randy who set me up with Carlos Fumana. Between the both of the they went above expectations to resolve my issue by putting me in a newer 2022 from 2019 rav4. I would recommend working with Carlos from sales and Al as a service advisor. More

to Nour Nofal Nour, I could actually be an advertisement for the Camry; I love it so much - and wouldn’t THINK of parting with it. (I wouldn’t even want it to find out you are inquiring about it😉). But, after reading your Carfax on the 2020 XLE Prius Prime, I can honestly tell you it will be in the mix – aside from the color. Riverhead Toyota is presently running an advertisement offering up to $2,000 off the price of a car on their lot. Does (or WILL) Westbury Toyota have anything like this, now or in the near future? Took about 75 minutes to get oil changed on my Camry. Waiting is clean and offered bagels, coffee, tea. Been going there for close to 7 tears and they seem to do a good job. However, I have noticed that after checking the engine dipstick several times the level appeared low. Usually maybe a quarter of a quart. This time the level is about 3/4 to 1 inch below the top dimple on the dipstick. I’m guessing it’s close to a half of a quart low. Not really a big deal - I add my own but still. More

Carlos was our salesperson in Toyota Westbury and he made us feel very lucky, confident and happy with our purchase. He was very kind, honest and patient with us. He guided us through the whole process tryin us feel very lucky, confident and happy with our purchase. He was very kind, honest and patient with us. He guided us through the whole process trying to find the best option for us. He answered every single question we had, he showed us multiple options and stayed with us even when the place was closing just to make sure we were all set with our new car. What I really appreciate the most about him is that he listens to his clients and advocates for them helps them. My husband and I went to get a car we both can share and he was very kind and respectful to both of us as. He answered all my questions and talked to me as one of the car owners and didn't focus in just selling the car to my husband and ignored me (as other salesman did in Toyota when I went with my husband to get my first car). I really recommend Carlos because he advocates for the clients' needs. More
