Bought my car from Weston and this was my first service. Had to wait three hours for an oil change on my day off. Only update came after I waited an hour and was told that they didn’t have the oil filter in Had to wait three hours for an oil change on my day off. After another hour and a half with no update, I ask the service advisor the status of my car. Was told part hadn’t arrived and maybe it would if I waited another 30 minutes. At this point I explained I had other appointments I needed to be at and that we would need to make other arrangements. She walked back to the technician and all of a sudden the part arrived and my car would be ready in 15 minutes. This is after I was told it hadn’t arrived. So overall I understand that sometimes you need to wait and I’m more than happy to do that. But I arrived for my oil change at 9:30 and did not leave until after 1230. With no real updates or even an apology for my wait time. When I bought the car the service was excellent, so having this level of service was a surprise and a disappointment.
