Absolutely terrible service experiences. Turns out one the Kia service advisors, Jorden, wasn't pulling the manufacturer service actions and including the repairs as warranty work, as required by Kia. My car went years without the repair work because of this. Apparently, he doesn't work there anymore and current employees indicated they were not surprised he wasn't correctly servicing my vehicle. I asked why I wasn't informed once the dealership realized he wasn't doing his job and nobody could answer. I asked to speak to the service manager, Dan, and never got a call back. I will be reporting this dealership to Kia Consumer Affairs. The new service advisor, Angela, was very helpful but I won't be returning here again because of the poor management. More
