We used Westin Nissan to service the used vehicle we purchased. The advisor, Darrell was fantastic! He was very informative & friendly and keep us in the loop about everything. The only 2 reasons I wou purchased. The advisor, Darrell was fantastic! He was very informative & friendly and keep us in the loop about everything. The only 2 reasons I wouldn’t give a 5 star rating was because they said they no longer provide a loner vehicle when your car is being serviced for the day. Instead you have to pay to rent one. Also, we went to pick up the car the morning after they said it was ready (this is my 16 year old sons car) and we get there at 11:00am while he was in study hall. I dropped him off because he was only waiting for the key. He called me 30 mins later & said they were still trying to locate the keys. They informed me an hour later that the manager was reviewing security footage to see who the last employee was that had them. So after an hour & 10 min they finally found the keys. I’m sure that is very rare but I was upset because my son missed half of his next class. I thought for all the aggravation & time wasted they could at least give him a free car wash for another time but they did not. More

Rossi was very patient and very helpful. We just re-located from New Jersey and he made us feel right at home. The only thing that was disappointing is the fact that my car is a lease and I usually re-located from New Jersey and he made us feel right at home. The only thing that was disappointing is the fact that my car is a lease and I usually get the first oil change complementary and a free car wash, but that did not happen. They left the handles of the door dirty with oil spots. Over all everything was great. More
