Upon arriving, I had a 15 minute wait to drop off my car. I had an appointment but there was a line backed up at the drop off area. After dropping it off, it was another 10-15 minutes until a service person I had an appointment but there was a line backed up at the drop off area. After dropping it off, it was another 10-15 minutes until a service person called me to the desk to review my need. Not a big deal but most places have a quicker drop off. From that point until I got my car back, I honestly felt like just a number without much concern for me. I had a significant malfunction with my car. Until the time I got my car the next day, no one called me. I called and texted several times with no response. It was only when I called the main number and asked for another attendant did someone actually answer. I was then told they were evaluating codes and talking to engineers at Nissan for a fix. I didn’t understand what that meant but it took more than six hours to get that response. I was told to call back in the morning to potentially get a loaner/rental. When I called the next morning, I was told they were not available and I’d called back. Again, they briefly said something about codes and the conversation ended. Only when I called again five or six hours later and left a message, did I get a return call that they found the problem and repaired the car. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is that the car was ultimately fixed. More

I will never go back ! !!!! My spouse and I leased 5 cars from Weston Nissan over the past 12 years .. We were very very loyal .. I am disabled .. My last lease was during !!!! Disrespected and taken advantage of bt two salesman and the sales manager who did nothing to resolve the many issues that were handled very poorly .. We will never go back there and we have told everyone we know not to go there !!!!!!! We now use the Nissan dealer in Pembroke Pines and so do our family and friends !!!!! More
