Called two weeks in advance to schedule an appointment for Saturday at 1:00 pm. No slots available, scheduled for 12:45 pm. Two days before the appointment my wife received a call stating that we had to b for Saturday at 1:00 pm. No slots available, scheduled for 12:45 pm. Two days before the appointment my wife received a call stating that we had to be there earlier because the service center closed at 2:00 pm and that they would not have time to do the maintenance if we went at the scheduled time. My wife had to cancel an appointment she had in order to be at the service center. The schedule for Saturdays is until 2 pm. Not 12:00pm so we can finish at 2 pm. If you go to a store or restaurant that closes at certain time you don't have to be there an hour or two before closing time in order to get service. We have leased three cars and purchased one at that dealer and the service and customer service has diminished in the past couple of years. More
