I had to go twice to fix the problem. Every time I go to service I have a new light turned on after I leave and I just decide to stay with the light on until the next service needed. Service took longer than promised. It was a basic service. The service representative, Juan, never attempted to contact me or provide an update for the services status. I contacted him It was a basic service. The service representative, Juan, never attempted to contact me or provide an update for the services status. I contacted him twice at the end, since the time was over the deadline he provided, and he kept saying that he was waiting on the car to be cleaned. I told him to give me the car at end without the wash because I needed to leave, and he mentioned it was “hand wash”. I asked him then to give me a credit for that, and he said that was not possible because it was complementary. I did not appreciate his response, and lacked of followup. I asked to speak with his manager. The manager was very rude, and said I was a “mouth full” when I was explaining my issues. He did not attempted to address anything. Ironically when they gave me the paperwork, they change the service time to show it was completed on time , but I did not get my vehicle until 35 min past the time disclosed. Very disappointed with their service and the manager response! More
