My experience at Weston Volvo was one of the best customer experiences I've had in any retail environment for many years. I was so BEYOND satisfied I actually ASKED for where I could leave a review customer experiences I've had in any retail environment for many years. I was so BEYOND satisfied I actually ASKED for where I could leave a review to praise the work of both Claudia and Guillermo. Both Weston Volvo team members went above and beyond typical day-to-day sales duties to help get me into my dream car. Claudia understood my needs and urgency and also my complicated credit situation from living as an expat for the past nine years. She and her General Sales Manager, Guillermo, were patient, creative, and calming during all steps of the process. They communicated with me constantly to let me know where my application stood and even stayed late to help ensure I didn't have to keep my rental car a day longer than I had reserved. This experience didn't feel transactional, but personal and guided. I am so grateful to these two individuals and can honestly say that no other dealership nor team could have been more professional, helpful, and kind. My experience was sheer perfection and I highly recommend Weston Volvo and Claudia, my salesperson, for any of your Sales or Leasing needs. More

Worst costumer service I ever had on a leased vehicle. I own a 2021 volvo xc60 which has only been used for 6 month and with 3k miles a suspension bar broke due to a manufactured defect and the service depa own a 2021 volvo xc60 which has only been used for 6 month and with 3k miles a suspension bar broke due to a manufactured defect and the service department couldn’t even provide me with a loaner. The part alone takes 3 days to arrive, then there’s installation which is more of a delay. In the meantime thanks to their failed support to provide me a loaner so that I can move on with life… take my kids to school and go to work, i had to rent a car with out of pocket expenses of $500+ with today rental prices. Volvo not only failed to offer a solution to the loaner for a problem which was a manufactured defect, but didn’t even bother to provide me with a rental vehicle…. I guess that’s just how customer service works in Volvo. Very different scenario when they sell you the vehicle rest assure once my lease is done I will be leasing with another car brand that actually cares about its costumer service values. I think the dealers should stop selling their loaners or at least provide alternative solutions when a costumer comes with a vehicle that’s has a manufactured defect. It’s incredible how not one single person help us with this matter neither did one single person cared that we need a vehicle to go about our lives. I will be making a complaint to corporate as well.
