The Dealership needs a checklist for the sale. Insurance, Registration, collected at the same time, payment options (you don’t take credit cards, $5000 max with a 3% charge, must bring checks if Insurance, Registration, collected at the same time, payment options (you don’t take credit cards, $5000 max with a 3% charge, must bring checks if you don’t have a debit card) I had to drive home to get a check to buy my car. It took 4 hours to buy a XC60 after the price had already been agreed on. A lot of wasted time. It was very frustrating as a buyer. Already advised 2 buyers to go to a different dealership. Everything was in slow motion. More
