I bought a Dealer Certified 2019 S-90 and I was told the car had unlimited miles warranty and 5 years, not true... The financial person sold me a what I thought was a good deal the way he described it however (my fault) I did not read the fine print until after a few weeks and I realized I was given untrue verbal information to what I bought Finally, After I closed the deal and went to pick up my car, the sales person hands me one key for the vehicle, I ask where is the other key? Rod replied sorry, this car only comes with one key. He offered to extend his employee discount to get a new key but every time I call for him he is never available furthermore he had the guts to ask if I am buying a new car? I am not even mentioning his name because he does not even deserve that consideration More
