Have to Order Part Did maintenance service as required in reasonable time and diagnosed lighting problem in the door. That is very inconvenient as the dealership is on the other side of the county and it means a second trip and having to spend several hours sitting there again. Still waiting for the call that the part has come in. Young man that told me my service was done said that everything was taken care of. I then specifically asked what was the problem with the lighting and only then did he tell me that a part had to be ordered and it had not been fixed. If I had not specifically asked I would have driven off thinking that the lighting issue had been fixed and only at night would I have found out that was not true. That was disconserting. More

A great experience with Claudia that got me in a new XC-60! I was just shopping around for a new car but the experience at Weston Volvo specifically working with Claudia was so great that I new I was in the rig I was just shopping around for a new car but the experience at Weston Volvo specifically working with Claudia was so great that I new I was in the right place and I could finally stop searching for a new car. I had looked at many other places (Audi, BMW, Volkswagen) and went to Volvo to check out the vehicles. I was only planning on looking but the service and experience was so good I started considering purchasing a vehicle. After a test drive with Claudia and exploring different vehicle options and packages we got to negotiating and this was the first time I felt like the dealer (especially Claudia) was willing to work with me to make a deal. I am so happy with the experience and my new XC-60. Next time myself, family, or friends goes to buy a car I will recommend Weston Volvo and Claudia. Thank you guys! More
