The issue that I originally came in for actually ended up getting resolved for free and I spent less than I was anticipating which was huge. Terrible service. I was promised a call for a status of my car and loaner and did not receive the call. I was left an entire weekend without the car. I spoke to Gillermo Alarcon (sales manager) to ask for my car and loaner and did not receive the call. I was left an entire weekend without the car.
