The service representative assigned to me is not a very customer oriented person: He has a bad habit of not acknowledging the person standing in front of him, does not return calls or emails, in general, very dry not easy going and not friendly at all. I came back ready to make a decision and Vinny helped me out since Danny was busy. He also was kind and we went on a test drive. We told him what we wanted and he worked with us and finance quickly. We got a Volvo x60 that we picked up a few days later and Danny showed me how to set and work the car. The teamwork at this dealer was great! The coffee and drinks offered while waiting was nice.
