Customer Service was great. There were only two complaints to mention. 1) The wait to see the finance representative was too long from the time we told the salesmen t was great. There were only two complaints to mention. 1) The wait to see the finance representative was too long from the time we told the salesmen that we would take the car 2) The car was not brand new ( A 2018 S60 with(18,000 miles) that had some unsightly scratches on the front and back bumpers. Although the dealership did say they would take care of it at no charge, I do feel they should have done this BEFORE presenting it to the public for sale. More
