car totally inoperable Couldn't open door, unlock or move the car. Volvo on call arranged tow to local dealer Weston Volvo. Joe and Luis both were aware of problem and that Couldn't open door, unlock or move the car. Volvo on call arranged tow to local dealer Weston Volvo. Joe and Luis both were aware of problem and that car was being towed over to them. They called me when car arrived and continue to follow up with updates. Low and behold the issue turned out to be a bad Battery on my 2018 s60 inscription. In less then 24 hours from car being towed I had the car back and running perfect. Luis as well as Joe were both very professional and helpful in getting the car back to me. Excellent service. More
