I’m disappointed in Volvo especially this service center. I have been a Volvo customer for over 15 years and the customer service level and willingness to help has been decreasing. Also I have an issue with I have been a Volvo customer for over 15 years and the customer service level and willingness to help has been decreasing. Also I have an issue with the quality control of the car because the stirring wheel is peeling off everywhere and this has never happened before with any of the Volvos I have owned. My car is just a few years old and when I reported it to Nick he said it was not covered. I don’t think there is much willingness to go the extra mile to hold Volvo accountable to fix these kind of issues. More
