Weston Volvo management exhibited poor judgement and acute shortsightedness in their approach to pass on credit card processing fees. I have been patronizing Wedton Volvo for over 10 years even continued to come Luis Gonzalez till he retired, now Adam Weinreb is my GO TO Service Advisor because we have built a relationship over the years knowing that they do good job with my 2 Volvos. I continue to drive from Lake Worth to Weston Volvo after I moved from Tamarac. This 3% surcharge has left a bad taste in my mouth as it is a failure and a horrible business decision that I'm sure is not isolated to the way I feel. Weston Volvo stands to lose some customers since they fail to consider the impact on customer satisfaction and return patronage. More
