They never have loaners. The car has problems every two to three months. Some things linger and are never fixed correctly. After a service I smell a radiator smell. So I lifted my hood and the engine area is covered with leaves. I’m not sure what kind of maintenance service I even received since some of the caps were covered with leaves. I have photos to prove it. I don’t feel like I’m at a dealership selling 50k plus cars. Service here makes you feel like you’re at a low end dealership. My advisor Adam doesn’t even want to speak to me. He bunts me to the manager who patronizes me like I don’t know how to turn on my own AC. Maybe it’s bc I’m some silly woman who can’t figure out how to use buttons. They can’t even hose down or wipe out your car like other dealerships. You never have loaners, no courtesy shuttle when I was there. Apparently Naples gets priority. Even Audi pays for an Uber. After owning four Volvos, this has turned me off from getting another, Volvo bc service is the marriage part of the purchase. More
The dealership had my car for about 30 days after my accident. The hood was replaced and the bumper was repaired. Also I had a flat tire. When I went to pick up the car, I started driving and the car ma accident. The hood was replaced and the bumper was repaired. Also I had a flat tire. When I went to pick up the car, I started driving and the car made a loud noise. I brought it back to Adam for evaluation and he called the mechanic who said that he “heard the noise when he was fixing it and it was probably the rotor”. At that point, I gave the car back to Adam to repair. I picked it up the next morning, and Adam now denied that the mechanic knew it was the rotor that was broken. Overall, I was given back a broken car after it had been there for a month and it was knowingly broken by the mechanic who “fixed it”. Also, I discovered that my bumper which was ok to be repaired and not replaced continues to have marks in and the repair was unsatisfactory. More

Weston Volvo is where I purchased my car and had serviced for 10 years. I’ve tried other Volvo service centers only twice because they were closer to my house, both unsatisfactory experiences; however, by co for 10 years. I’ve tried other Volvo service centers only twice because they were closer to my house, both unsatisfactory experiences; however, by comparison and also individually, Weston Volvo provided the best service. I’ve had a few service andvisors assigned to me over the 10 yrs, and my latest advisor, Randy Ramos, was professional and a pleasure to work with. It was a great 10 yrs! Although I wanted something new and the decision to go with another brand was tough, Volvo cars are premium and I recommend anyone shopping for a Volvo to shop only at Weston Volvo. More
