The service department staff( Daniel ) was very helpful , however the policy in place for anyone purchasing an extended warranty on their vehicle is terrible, I found out that my engine was bad and needs t , however the policy in place for anyone purchasing an extended warranty on their vehicle is terrible, I found out that my engine was bad and needs to be replaced , however the policy that West Town Ford has in place isn't helpful, so , I found a different place that is willing to work with me , went to picky truck up to take it there , drove it one mile and learned that while they were doing a diagnostic check , the removed the passenger valve cover , didn't install a new gasket when putting it back together and leaked oil out everywhere , very bad experience with their service, will not do further business and highly recommend to take your business elsewhere More
