I preset a deal on a 2025 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid on the phone with a Sales agent and set an appointment for a few days later because of the last storm coming through. Car was for my wife. Got to dealer the sales agent was not there and told he was on the way. Waited 45 minutes another sales agent jumped and reviewed the deal with us. Changed terms which I was not happy with. Going to walk but I saw my wife’s face and decided to suck it up and complete the transaction. Not happy. We then waited and waited and waited to sign the deal with the finance guy. All through this process I told everyone that I needed to Leave at 2 pm as I have a meeting at home over 2.5 hour drive. Barely made it out by 2 pm. Not happy. Car is gorgeous and my wife’s face is happy but I am NOT happy. Beware. Beware beware More
