I wasn’t pleased with the overall experience. Another dealer told me the car would be detailed prior to the purchase. They had a full day to detail the car. I told Shannon and he made up an excuse rather than just saying it wasn’t detailed. I had to point out to him there is no way this car was detailed and the wheels are dirty. After the other dealer came they finally said they would have it detailed again. I didn’t complete my final check of the car as I had wanted. I ask him if everything w irked in the car? He initial response was, the car is still under warranty so if it doesn’t you can use the warranty. Not a good initial answer. He told me I could check after signing the papers and they car wasn’t technically mine until I had driven to off the lot. After signing papers, I was in the car and notice a print on the back seat. Also notice that the inside hadn’t been detailed but I didn’t mention it. Also notice that a compartment cover was missing after getting the car home. I called Shannon and he was not very helpful. He didn’t say he would ask around to see what happened. Clearly someone tore the compartment cover off. I texted a picture to the other dealer, Mike, who had spent more time in the car but he never followed up. They treated me like the car is your problem now, we can’t help you. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
