Told by Desmond yes he checked with the group who processes paperwork! Set up appointment my wife drove from West U to your dealership! When she went to pay she was told she could not complete transaction as I needed to sign! She went home! Flew in the next day drove out Saturday, tight on time assured the paper work would be ready! Got there after my wife left a Voice mail 1 hr before and texted him as we were driving out there! Arrived found Desmond….Told to wait! 20 more minutes ! Not even an apology from Desmond! Finally went to find him and he said finance person had left her desk but would walk back where I was standing! Finally got the opportunity to pay for the car and the lady processing the paper work was pleasant! Bottom line not a great experience! Lots of options out there! Purchased a Lexus from Fields in Chicago last year and the experience was totally incredible! Customer focused and attentive! Recently got a text from the salesman congratulating me on my one year anniversary of the purchase! More
