She was extremely knowIedgeable about the car was willing to spend the time to instruct me and answer all my questions. Also when I came to purchase the car, she took time to transfer necessary stickers and give additional instruction. I have confidence that the car was in excellent condition when I purchased it and that it will live up to my expectations. The finance department offers many additional service and protection features, but I did not feel pressured to buy. I ended up getting one. There were some small delays during the purchase process, but nothing excessive. More
