Before arriving at the dealership, I was debating between a Mercedes GLC 300 and the Lexus RX350. The way he described the car to me without putting the other car down, I was convinced that Lexus would be the car. He also took a long time describing the features of the car after I had purchased it and at another session responded to all my questions and offered to continue to do so if I had any other questions. Steve provided me with a sense of trustworthiness which is so rare in car salespeople these days. I will recommend him to any of my friends who are interested in purchasing a Lexus.
