Jay was great at explaining the car’s features and was very responsive when I contacted him while we were waiting for the car to arrive from the factory. The only downside was an option that ended up not very responsive when I contacted him while we were waiting for the car to arrive from the factory. The only downside was an option that ended up not being included, despite initial confirmation that it would be. When the car arrived, the dealer refused to honor the factory price for the option and instead insisted on an inflated aftermarket price—so I chose not to add it in the end. More

Alex was a pleasure to work with. The whole process was stress free with no pressure to buy took his time to make sure we picked the exact car we wanted. Did not like the pressure tactic so I passed on them since I was not being given time to think about thjngs and decide. More
