Westside gave me a fair price on my trade in despite the issues. I then started to work with the sales team to try to find a vehicle. At this point I was very discouraged and not looking forward to having to buy a car. I started working with Mike Gonzales and he alone made the day worthwhile. Mike spent all day with my wife and I trying to find the best vehicle for us. He was extremely accommodating and we ended up getting into a brand new lease vehicle. Mike was a star and I hope to be a repeat customer of Mike’s and Westside Lexus. Kevin in finance also did a wonderful job and he helped me make decisions I rely on my wife for, so thanks Kevin. Tough shoes to fill! Thank you! I love the new ride! More

Customer service Brought my vehicle in to drop off and get worked on, due to someone hitting vehicle while parked. Spoke with Jason, provided him all the other person' Brought my vehicle in to drop off and get worked on, due to someone hitting vehicle while parked. Spoke with Jason, provided him all the other person's insurance info, etc. Told me that the person's insurance used a 3rd party adjuster, and that it would take "much longer than average to get into contact with them for repair costs." He then advised me to use my insurance and have them charge the other persons. When I told him my insurance he told me "they are hard to get a hold of" By this point I realized this person was basically telling me to "get lost" and that he didn't want to deal with getting a hold of the other person's insurance for the repairs on my vehicle. I am very upset this happened during my first visit, I will never bring my vehicle back to this dealer for any sort of work, nor will I ever recommend it. More

Tire issue I purchased my Michelin tires from Discount Tires. Car pulled to the right and Discount doesn’t do alignments. Went to Michelin 3 times for an alignme I purchased my Michelin tires from Discount Tires. Car pulled to the right and Discount doesn’t do alignments. Went to Michelin 3 times for an alignment still same problem. Finally took it to Lexus and Jacob and the tire specialists figured out I had “directional” tires and Discount put it on the wrong way. Jacob was very polite and kept me updated as I waited for it to get fixed. Kudos for them to take the time to get it right. More
