Yvonne literally ran to find me the right car! She was so excited to help me find the vehicle that was right for me and my family. Great at getting you in and out as quick as possible. I had an issue with last service and no-one called me back. I left a detailed message and nothing returned. My drain plug had started to back out and had an issue with last service and no-one called me back. I left a detailed message and nothing returned. My drain plug had started to back out and leak oil. My husband was able to tighten the bolt and stop the leak. 1 quart of oil lost, but more concerned as to how the bold loosened and if it needed to be brought back in right away or if it could be checked on next oil change. The bolt looks like it is missing a rubber washer, but unsure.. Again could get no answer from a service manager. Sad. I expected more... More
