Had bad service issues a year ago and will not bring our car there again. I did bring it in last month because of a recall but thats it. Back in 2016 our salesman was not very customer friendly but we bough car there again. I did bring it in last month because of a recall but thats it. I was in for routine maintenance on my 2020 Subaru Outback Premium. It was without an appointment in their oil change line. It was a Friday and I expected to be waiting. That is how it works. No issue Outback Premium. It was without an appointment in their oil change line. It was a Friday and I expected to be waiting. That is how it works. No issues. I was informed of a potential service issue maybe two more oil changes out. I live in a steep river valley so brake pad wear comes as no surprise. Thanks all for taking my car in on a busy afternoon. Great experience on annual overall checkup of my 2014 Forester in June. Everyone was super professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Too expensive. Had the air conditioner charged.
