Very nice and friendly people, I do not go in for service much, I do my own car repair. But this was a recall. I was very surprised how nice everyone was. Once again awful service. 2 trips to get a tires changed. Had to order two times. They had no idea what tire to order for a 2018 wrx, even tho they are a Subaru dealer. Took 2 months to get a tire. So disappointed. We have come here for over 15 years, but will never come back. We brought our car in for a recall and we’re told our brakes needed to be repaired. We asked to have them repaired, but t but will never come back. We brought our car in for a recall and we’re told our brakes needed to be repaired. We asked to have them repaired, but the tech didn’t have them fix the brakes. Then when we told them that we still wanted the brakes repaired they said that the techs had all gone home. We would have to take another day off of waits to fix our car. Goodbye White Bear Subaru. More

Went in to sell my 2 year old car with 4400 miles in mint condition that I purchased at WB Subaru. Blue Book listed it as $19000 on the low side. Was offered $17500.00 from WB Subaru. Was disgusted and walke condition that I purchased at WB Subaru. Blue Book listed it as $19000 on the low side. Was offered $17500.00 from WB Subaru. Was disgusted and walked out. Went across the street to the Honda Dealership and within 15 minutes was offered $19000.00. Sad how Subaru tried to take advantage of a 72 year old woman. More
