Dee was able to get my issue with rain sensing wipers resolved. He also ensured the vehicle was washed (I had to dry it myself). Finally, after the test drive, he had the tech fill it with fuel. The service writer knew I was waiting but rather than come and get me when they were done he sent me a text message which I didn’t get until I got home 2 1/2 hours later. I waited over 2 hours for a 1 h come and get me when they were done he sent me a text message which I didn’t get until I got home 2 1/2 hours later. I waited over 2 hours for a 1 hour service because I didn’t know they were done. Also the driver’s side sun visor makes a loud noise anytime it is moved. The service writer said there was nothing they could do about that. If you can’t fix it I expect you will replace the visor. More

Kevin was awesome. So friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating (he drove to Duluth and back to find my Forester!!) and great to buy a car from. Negations were easy, with no pressure or uncomfortable accommodating (he drove to Duluth and back to find my Forester!!) and great to buy a car from. Negations were easy, with no pressure or uncomfortable tactics. In the end we came to a great agreement and drove home happy. Landon in finance was joy to work with as well, easily the best experience with any previous finance department. I've had others that really try and put fear in you, but Landon was different and so easy to work with. First time here at White Bear Subaru and will be back for the next new car for sure. More
