I found the online Q&A and negotiations with one of the two sales reps very pleasant and productive. I found the other sales rep that I was in contact with to be unpleasant and dishonest. I found one vehicle listed with White Bear Acura, and one listed with White Bear Subaru. So, I was in contact with two different sales reps before I realized they were at the same dealership. Our experience at the dealership was very off-putting. While the sales rep continued to be courteous, he seemed to know little about the technology in the 2020 Subaru Outback. If you're familiar with the 2020 Outback, you know this is not a trivial issue. He went to youtube.com to answer any of our questions, and offered no insight beyond what we asked. Sales & Finance seem to have an absurd little game going with regard to the extended warranty offer as well. We are very happy with the vehicle and our sales rep did agree to meet us on his day off. We just didn't get a good feeling about the staff that we dealt with once we arrived at the dealership. So since I was asked to rate the dealership, not the vehicle, I have to admit to being disappointed. More

My RDX experienced a problem that required a scan. Unfortunately, the day I took it in Acura experienced a problem with their software and the work could not be completed. Donovan Brummond, the service manager, authorized a no charge loaner for me on my return visit. James Burton in the service department kept me updated on the repair and even stayed after his normal hours on the day the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied and understood what had been done. completed what was expected but not an inch further. The car wash was bare minimum and my car was in service for over two hours. Floor mats were not vacuumed which was disappointing. A great addition to the car wash would be cleaning the windows from the inside and out with Windex and paper towels. I do this every other time I wash my vehicle and it makes a big difference even though people may not think to do this when they wash their own vehicles. More
