After 45 minutes I called the dealership, got voicemail and left my callback and said I was inquiring about my ride. Long story short, it was another 20 minutes before my ride arrived. I bought my car in there earlier this year because my key fob was not working properly. I was just going to have them take a look at it and then set up an appointment for a later date but Greg Nichols took fob was not working properly.
