I am enjoying the Express Service I seem to have a hard time making advance appointments for things like oil changes, so it is really nice to be able to decide at the last minute to s I seem to have a hard time making advance appointments for things like oil changes, so it is really nice to be able to decide at the last minute to stop in for service. Express Service lived up to its name by completing my oil change, wiper replacement and general check-up in less than an hour. Unfortunately, I do think the $54 for an oil change and inspection is pretty outrageous. But the staff is always helpful and personable. More

Totally frustrated, don't prepay for their service contract. I've been frustrated with this service department since the very first oil change, 6000 miles, when they scratched my car in two parallel lines down t I've been frustrated with this service department since the very first oil change, 6000 miles, when they scratched my car in two parallel lines down to the metal. They wouldn't admit fault stating that even though my car was there for service any damage incurred was no different than if I had been parked at a Target store. But eventually they fixed the car so I didn't give a bad review thinking it was just a fluke and possibly not a true reflection of their service. During the repair process, an unsatisfactory paint over and then a true repair, another employee told me that all cars that come in for service are suppose to be looked over before the service begins. The second service, 12,000 miles, was completed as stated in my service contract. I had to ask the service tech to look my car over before taking it to the service bay. The third service, 18,000 miles, was suppose to be only an oil change, according to my service contract but the tech told my husband that additional work was recommended and if not done could affect the warranty so, of course, he agreed to have it done at an additional cost of $361.53. The fourth service, 24,000 miles, should have been the same as the second but wasn't. Only an oil change was done. The tech told me they wouldn't do work that wasn't needed, (like if a filter wasn't dirty they wouldn't replace it, did they check at the 18,000 mile additional work to see if those things were dirty and really needed to be done), and the multi point inspection was done. It's done at every service but didn't include replacing the cabin filter. The receipt didn't even state that this was a 24,000 mile maintenance. I texted the tech who said the receipt didn't need to. Does it? After a few texts back and forth he didn't respond to me. I feel I need proof for warranty purposes. I'm only trying to follow the maintenance schedule given to me for the service contract I prepaid for. Even their automated emails don't match their postcards sent that indicate what work is needed. The 18,000 mile email stated "severe schedule" when my contract stated "oil change". The 24,000 mile email stated "oil change" but the postcard and my service contract indicated the same service as the 12,000 mile service. My hope that things would improve is totally gone. I'm very frustrated! More
