16000 maintenance When I made appointment was told 3 hours. When I checked-in, was told 1 ½ hour. Big difference for which I was grateful. Car wash was marginal. Didn’t expect much, but it left much to be desired. Check-in person was great! She reminded me that I had purchased a service plan and applied it to my bill.
