16000 maintenance When I made appointment was told 3 hours. When I checked-in, was told 1 ½ hour. Big difference for which I was grateful. Car wash was marginal. Didn’t expect much, but it left much to be desired. Check-in person was great! She reminded me that I had purchased a service plan and applied it to my bill. My first service visit, no one even mentioned my service plan. Overall experience was good, but the little things are important to me. More

Great Experience I went in knowing I was likely buying a Subaru. I planned on just getting info, maybe a couple of test drives and then begin my research and get the I went in knowing I was likely buying a Subaru. I planned on just getting info, maybe a couple of test drives and then begin my research and get the best deal. 3 hours later I walked out with the new Forester Sport. I was 99% sure I would buy the Outback but the sales guy gave me all the information I needed to convince me I wanted to go with the Forester. From there - it was price. I said that normally I would go out to True Car or other to see the best deal I could get. My sales guy worked with the finance guy to do that background while I was there and came up with a fair price. Maybe I could have worked to get a slightly better deal, but it was certainly fair and I got to avoid calling a bunch of other dealers. I had to wait a pretty long time for finance, but was because a couple folks were out that day, so I guess I could cut them some slack. More
