Dead battery on my 2016 outback. The reason I did not write a review sooner was because I wanted to make sure it did not happen again. It happen twice that the battery would go dead. The second time it came into white bear Subaru The service department found the problem it was a light in the cargo part of the outback was on. I have had the outback for a week and it’s been fine. I was working with Greg Nichols and he did a great job in working with me. I would give him A excellent reating. I have said this before my wife and I like our outback. And some day buy another. He made sure we knew how to use the new and safety features and answered all of our questions. Pia Vang, the Sales Manager, was also very supportive of Julius, and was great to speak with and deal with on the business side. We had a payment amount in mind, and he helped us stay there, which also happened to be the online Lease Special Amount. The online credit application and the working on the finance portion of the purchase was convenient and efficient. I highly recommend this dealership. They were so personable and professional. More
