Highly disappointed with sales staff/receptionist. Looking to test drive a brand new Subaru Outback and see what was available preowned. Jose was very friendly, however didn't know how to handle the paperwork for the "$35" gift card for test driving a new Subaru. A different associate handled my request, but as of today, I still haven't received it. Tried to track down status with their assistance to no avail. Not the money, it's the principal I'm after, they promised me I would receive it. After working with a different dealership, that went through many local inventories, I located the vehicle to suit my needs. This dealership wasn't interested in making a sale once I provided an estimate of how much I wanted to spend. If you don't have big bucks don't bother with these guys! More

Above & beyond I was in the market for a vehicle and I needed it right away. I really liked the Ascent, but there wasn't one available with the required features th I was in the market for a vehicle and I needed it right away. I really liked the Ascent, but there wasn't one available with the required features that we wanted. I pretty much had conceded that I was going to get a non-Subaru vehicle. That's when I got a call from Jacob that he & Greg were going to talk to the General Manager about providing me a loaner vehicle until a new Ascent could be built with the features we wanted. I give Jacob & Greg a ton of credit for thinking outside of the box especially since they are part of 2 different departments (Sales & Service) that worked together to meet a customer need. We will remain a loyal customer and we will be sure to recommend this dealership to others. Great job to the whole team, but especially Jacob & Greg. More

I depend on them for basic oil changes as I've been go in to White Bear Acura for 14 years, ever since the purchase of my 2004 RSX. Love this place. I depend on them for basic oil changes as well as general maintenance. They've kept that little car running smoothly for 185000 miles. Now working on the next 185000. Highly recommended!
