The used car department pushed me to finance through them, but I had better finance terms through my bank. I had to notify my bank Thursday night to cancel the check that had been overnighted to arrive Saturday. I also had to cancel the insurance I had arranged. Don't waste your time with this company, or if you do, study the NY State used car buyer rights first so that you can read them to the dealer. That would have protected me. The dealer CANNOT refuse a deposit to hold the car a short period of time. I can still report them to the NY Attorney General, if I'm feeling like doing it. I have the receipts. I bought a similar car from an honest Honda Dealership six days later. More
