Aggressive sales tactics to the point of harassment so you need to threaten legal action for them to stop. Inconsiderate of requests not to be called once no longer interested in a vehicle after repeatedl you need to threaten legal action for them to stop. Inconsiderate of requests not to be called once no longer interested in a vehicle after repeatedly calling and speaking to a female "Manager" to try to stop the calls got a rude response and claim I would be called. Calls continued, I asked to be transferred internally to GM which never responded by the last representative to speak to me. Required contacting Honda Corporate to get a generic response from the GM who would not pick up when trying to raise awareness of their continued calls from representatives multiple times a day. Contacted Salome Benscher via email who claimed to want to try to fix the issue and never received a response. No attempt was made to resolve this issue by management before having to escalate to FTC, Honda Corporate, and Attorney Generals office. A complete nightmare and many hours wasted due to them. I am not alone this same aggressive sales tactic still continues after my original view though they claim it was due to a software issue for me. The lesson learned is never to provide your email. I wish the first manager actually cared enough to fix the issue once I brought up I kept being called even though I asked not to be. Contacted other Honda Dealers who respected my request not to be called after stating they had no inventory or heavy markups. More
