Very nice sales and management employees. Bob M. kept the ball rolling. The car looks great. Finance process was simple and straightforward. Only issue is the dealership’s lack of information about the NYS ball rolling. The car looks great. Finance process was simple and straightforward. Only issue is the dealership’s lack of information about the NYSERDA rebate program. However Bob worked with my son to set up the account and the rebate was honored by the sales manager. Excellent customer service. We have been going to Chris Paranzino for years and now just purchased a car through Jason Sanchez.
