We walked in to the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted, down to the trim options, and Sheldon was super knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. He was also very transparent and responsive while waiti wanted, down to the trim options, and Sheldon was super knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. He was also very transparent and responsive while waiting for the car to be delivered, and walked us through pickup and financing super efficiently (and all of the staff were extremely understanding when we had to bring our toddler to the dealership for pickup). Dealership went above and beyond to get me a Tacoma, actually the exact Tacoma I wanted. Sheldon kept me in the loop, help me with transportation to the dealer and had all the paperwork ready to go.
