We walked in to the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted, down to the trim options, and Sheldon was super knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. He was also very transparent and responsive while waiti wanted, down to the trim options, and Sheldon was super knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. He was also very transparent and responsive while waiting for the car to be delivered, and walked us through pickup and financing super efficiently (and all of the staff were extremely understanding when we had to bring our toddler to the dealership for pickup).
