White's Ford - Service Center

Made an appointment a little over a week in advance to have the front end aligned. When I called to find out if it was completed, I was told they got started on it late and would be a while longer. I coul have the front end aligned. When I called to find out if it was completed, I was told they got started on it late and would be a while longer. I could not get the alignment completed due to some defective parts That needed to be replaced. I was definitely Disappointed when I did not hear anything about someone wanting to replace the defective parts to complete my alignment. As an ASC master auto tech myself I would have welcomed at least an estimate on replacing the defective parts to get the alignment completed. But I was asked and told nothing. Very disappointed in the Service Department! More
