While it isn’t necessary a big deal I still feel that those options should absolutely be reviewed with the customer since it the services being done. The service department is very polite and fast. I really do NOT like the number of e-mails that I receive from both WHITE and from HONDA corporate about taking these surveys. And I really dislike that fact that despite my visit for full service, I'm receiving e-mails telling me I"m behind. If I come in for Service, why am I receiving all these extra notes. Someone needs to get all these deliquent notes stopped, if I've just come in for service. More
