I had a polysteel application on the Toyota side of the shop. The best part of the experience was the shuttle driver. When I made the appointment I was told they would take the car at 7:30 only to find o shop. The best part of the experience was the shuttle driver. When I made the appointment I was told they would take the car at 7:30 only to find out when I arrived, they wouldn't even start on the car until 8. Having driven from Celina, needless to say, I wasn't thrilled to learn I was going to sit for 30 minutes before they even started. Then I received a phone call, even though I was sitting at a high top in the service area, that they couldn't find my contract. I provided the details, let her know I was sitting in the lobby and had a copy of the contract on my phone if she needed it. She said no need and hung up. I had no idea for the next hour if they found the contract or were working on my car. I asked the service desk only to be told they had nothing to do with polysteel; however that gentleman did call and learned they were working on my car. After a few more hours, the shuttle driver asked a different guy at the desk how much longer, he said he too had nothing to do with polysteel and didn't even know the number to call them. The shuttle driver then walked out to the building for me to find out the status. If you're going to offer polysteel, then your service people need to be able to address your customers. Since I was sitting in the lobby I could see and hear how they treated the service customers, which was respectfully and promptly. I feel like I received just the opposite treatment. I can't say enough good about the Honda service side but I'm not looking forward to our next polysteel application and I'm grateful we didn't purchase a Toyota vehicle. More
