Compassion for Hurricane IRMA Evacuee My name is Kimberly Anderson and I purchased my 2007 Honda Pilot from Allan Nott Honda in 2007. On September 6, 2017 my son, two Shih-tzu's and my ca My name is Kimberly Anderson and I purchased my 2007 Honda Pilot from Allan Nott Honda in 2007. On September 6, 2017 my son, two Shih-tzu's and my cat evacuated Naples, Florida (where we have been living for the past eight years) to escape the wrath of Hurricane Irma. We drove 1300 miles in less than 24 hours straight from Naples, Florida to Ada, Ohio where my Parents live. My Honda Pilot now has more than 201,000 miles and has been a VERY reliable vehicle for me and my family. On Thursday, September 18th I drove into the Allan Nott Service Entrance WITHOUT an appointment and asked if Service could do an Oil Change, Check Fluids and inspect my Pilot since the "D" light (Drive) flashes erratic intermittently. Brett Condon, Service Advisor, was kind enough to squeeze me into the schedule and shuttled me over to Macy's too. After the Inspection, Brett Condon called to inform me that they "3rd Clutch Pressure Switch" needed to be replaced as well as a "3rd Brake Light Bulb". Knowing I only had a small amount of cash, pay day not coming soon enough, and wondering IF I will even HAVE a job when I return to Naples I asked Brett to just make a list of what I needed with an estimate and I would just have to get by as is for now. When I returned about an hour later, Brett Condon and his WONDERFUL AND COMPASSIONATE CREW had REPAIRED MY CAR AT NO CHARGE TO ME!!! I was so AMAZED and THANKFUL that Brett and his crew had BLESSED ME AND MY FAMILY with this GIFT!!! AND... Brett even TOPPED OFF MY GAS FOR ME!!! What?!?! Needless to say I was CRYING and so VERY THANKFUL for Allan Nott's WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES who went OVER AND ABOVE to help me and my Family displaced from Hurricane Irma!!! I cannot THANK YOU ALL ENOUGH!!! My Family and Pets are now staying with Family in Morehead, Kentucky, slowly headed South but still do not have power to the rental home that we have on 11th Street North in Naples, Florida. I am currently working over the phone and online for my boss and will plan to drive down to Naples AFTER our Electricity is restored. Please continue to PRAY for ALL those affected by Hurricane Harvey AND Hurricane Irma. It's going to be a LONG recovery. Given the model, style, color and options I wanted, there were only 7 left in the country to be found. I was negotiating with the 3 closest Toyota dealerships to me (Kentucky. Tennessee & Ohio), and Steve Dawson offered me the best price (plus added the options that weren't already on the truck), and gave me the highest price for my trade-in. And to prove just how good the deal was...I drove 856 miles round trip from Wisconsin (15+ hours total), to make it all happen! Once I arrive, the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Steve was there to greet me right away and make sure the entire process went smoothly. Matt Ricker took me through the purchasing process quickly and seamlessly. And, Tyler Hepp walked me through all of my vehicle's amazing features, programmed my home address into the GPS, set-up my Bluetooth and synced my phone with my new vehicle so I could listen to my favorite music on Pandora all the way home. It was a long day for me, but I have absolutely no regrets. Thanks for everything guys! More

Since then, the service team has always been upfront and honest - finding ways to save me money and not over charge me. So, when I brought my car in to be in its final resting place, I expected the same service from the sales department. The sales experience was just as upfront, honest, and no hassle. Allan Nott has single-handedly changed everything I thought I knew about going to "the dealership." It is imperative to note that they do NOT have a popcorn machine and they need to get one to properly run their dealership. Please correct this inhumanity as soon as possible. More

Adam made sure we saw the Carfax and the service done on the car. He then explained the finance and delivery process and while we were waiting or the paper work to be prepared I met with Jeff Souza and Rob Ward in the service department. They made us feel very confident in keeping our car maintained Alan Nott. The paperwork was handled by Josh Gould. He explained everything clearly and made some suggestions that made us feel even better about our purchase. What a nice guy! Alan Nott is a first class dealership. Adam was a great help,friendly and professional. I highly recommend him for your next vehicle. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the cars we drove.
