They got us back on the road! A problem wth the air conditioner caused the car to overheat while we were driving north on I-75 south of Lima, Ohio. We called Allan Nott Honda Toyota and talked with Brett, who said, "Ask for Brett when you get here." At that point we didn't know what was causing the car to overheat. The car was towed to the dealership. Brett worked us into the schedule, with only a short wait. After a mechanic looked at the car and diagnosed the problem, Brett explained the problem and outlined the options in a very professional and courteous manner. Fortunately, we didn't need to replace the air conditioner and within 3 hours we were back on the road. The waiting area was very comfortable and all staff were very friendly. Thank you to Brett and the rest of the staff at Allan Nott. I wish I had the name of the mechanic who did the actual repair work on the car! More

When it comes to purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, there are a couple things all of us want: Friendly, proactive customer service Lets face it. When it comes to purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, there are a couple things all of us want: Friendly, proactive customer service, and a good freakin' deal. At AllanNott I got both, immediately. I told them about how well I knew car salesman tactics and how much research I did. Without hesitation we sat down and I got a bottom line price with a salesman who was clear, upfront, and completely personable. My salesman and now good buddy of mine was Erik Haselton. He is a no BS guy, who knows the cars in and out, legitimately. Then when I sat down and the pricing was a little different than we talked about, he stood by his initial offer without hesitation (there's always a little bit of disconnect between the salesman and the financier). I walked out with a gorgeous car, for dramatically less than the sticker price (including multiple warranties). When I told them what I wanted, Sales Manager Tom Pseekos immidiately took it upon himself to track, locate, and get the car their ASAP. They actually had a guy drive it throughout the evening to get it there on time. Then I stopped in to do financing, blinked, and it was over. Finance Director Jason Miller completed the paperwork in minutes, then, when I was a little confused on pricing, he called up his chain of command to hook me up with a couple instant cash off offers. OH! and I have to add, Erik also hooked me up with complimentary window tinting after I told him how interesting it was that cars don't come tinted from the dealership these days... and they did a fantastic job... All in all it was a fantastic deal done with an excellent and well versed team of professionals. Erik even drove the car to my house to drop it off then explained that if I ever need assistance with the MANY Prius 4 electronics, he would come by to help me out... nice... And it your looking for a Prius, GET IT, don't look back (I am a truck/diesel guy and always have been), they are amazing cars and AllanNott Will hook you up! also, just get the Four Touring, its worth the money... Steven, showed us a number of vehicles and let us drive them. We both liked the CRV appearance, ride, and it's many features, but we was surprised to find out how affordable new CRV's was. We picked out the one we liked the best and drove it home later that day. Great experience. More
