Best Car Purchase Experience Ever We located a used Kia Soul through AutoTrader that we wanted to purchase, and it was located at the Allan Nott dealership in Lima, OH. So we connected with them and set up an appointment to purchase the vehicle. We drove over an hour to get there, but it was well worth the trip. Having had multiple teen drivers and a fleet of 5 vehicles at any give time, we've had many car purchasing experiences, most of which were difficult, time-consuming and generally unpleasant. So we were delighted to find that our Kia purchase through Matt Binder at Allan Nott was the complete opposite. It was straight-forward, pleasant and lightning quick. We arrived at the dealer, did a quick test drive, traded in the car we drove to get there, finalized the deal, signed a few papers and departed within an hour. It was all very pleasant and efficient. ....No games and no hassles. We would strongly recommend doing business with this dealer and will look to them in the future as other cars within our family fleet need to be replaced. More

Caitlin and Adam said they knew just the car for me but didn't tell me what it was. They parked my car in the bay and as soon as I saw it I knew it was "the one". They did a great job listening to my needs and what style I hoped to get. And was able to give me what I wanted for my trade. Very, very happy with the whole experience. I've had the car less than a week and already put over 200 miles on it. It is so fun to drive! More

Service was completed without delays and in a timely manner. I took my Toyota in for and oil change and was advised of a current recall that needed done. Both were completed quickly. I asked the service employee to check into why the doors don't lock automatically when in gear and was told that feature was never activated but could be turned on for a fee. Very disappointed to learn a feature on this vehicle is being held ransom for an additional fee when it should have been activated upon purchase. More

2015 Tacoma I was looking for a mid-size pickup truck and was interested in the Tacoma. I stopped at Allan Nott and was greeted by Adam Bowers. Adam was very knowledgeable of the Toyota Trucks and worked to find out what I wanted in a truck and then which truck (Tacoma or Tundra) would suit me the best. He didn't try to sell just what they had on the lot but what would work best for me. In the end I picked the Tacoma and I'm very pleased with the truck. I didn't write this review until I have had the truck for a while and had it's first routine service. I can say the Allan Nott dealership is an excellent dealership in both the sales and service departments. I would highly recommend the dealership and Adam Bowers as a salesperson. Scott M. More
